    <description>Sky puck and Broadband was activated today at noon, WiFi is now working and connected to Internet on my mobile. But can't get past the updating software screen on television. Any advice? Other devices that work via WiFi also unable to connect. All advice online says go to the app. On the app there is no help.</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's quite common for the broadband internet service not to actually start working until midnight at the end of the activation date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
