How do I setup my Sky Q box as a wireless access point?

I have an outhouse which is connected to the router in the main house via ethernet so I have nothing in the outhouse that I can connect a wireless smartphone to in order to give my phone wireless LAN access.

The Sky engineer who installed my Sky Q box said that I could connect wireless devices to my Sky Q box because the Sky Q box acts as a wireless access point. How do I do that?

When Sky is the ISP, that happens automatically.

Perhaps worth noting that Q is now fairly antique (802.11ac with 100Mbs ethernet), and consequently its access point function is distinctly limited by modern standards 802.11ax with gigabit).

In practice that doesn't really matter unless you are expecting to sling 500Mbs or faster FTTP.
