Our wifi connection is coming up with all green lights on the sky app as if theres no problem whatsoever, yet when i try to do a speed test its only coming up at 5-8mbps download. Which is barely enough to do anything. As the sky app is saying it cant detect a problem it wont allow us to order an engineer to fix our issue

We've had this bother before last year and they did eventually send out a sky engineer who "fixed it" but it done nothing so they ended up sending out our local openreach engineer and that seemed to fix it for about a week or so our connection went from 4mbps to 36mbps but after that its been back down and recently its definitely gotten even worse
