Lots of intermittent issues caused by the recent heavy rain so run thecconnection test innthe My Sky app which works over a mobile connection itvwill intially show you tge result of the last rdgular test ignore thst and click through to run the test again if it tells you there is a known fault in your area then sorry you have to wait until that gets fixed. If it doesnt call Sky when their lines open to report the issue.

If tge internet light stays green the issue is in your home probably with eifi interference.
