&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="link__Element-sc-f1ji6g-0 kHqJSn" href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation#reasons" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-test-id="base-link"&gt;‘Total loss of service’&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;for more than two full working days &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;after you’ve let us know.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; That’s if your Sky Broadband and/or Sky Talk stops working completely.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The compensation is paid at £9.76 per day and is added to your account as a credit that will be used against a bill, it can not be refunded.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
