topic Sky WiFi Max router statistic in Broadband

Hi all,

I changed router and now 'upgraded' to the WiFi Max hub. However, I am only getting 29.7mbps downloads as max with Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed of 59.8 Mbps.

I'm wondering if something happened when moving to the Max hub and I wanted to check the router statistics. But when following the usual steps I cannot see the maintenance and then get the info to confirm my upload/download restrictions. Does anyone know how else I can see this?

@CathrineN the new Hub 6 you get with Sky Wifi Max does not show the line statistics the older hubs produce. You can check the connection speed by running the connection test in the My Sky app and website which will give you the speed to the hub. If it is below the handback speed for more than three days - the test will show the history for the last 14 days - call Sky and ask for a payment under their Speed Guarantee which gets you a month's credit.

It is unlikely an issue with the new hub as the VDSL modem is the same as in the older hubs but it is possible Sky are likely to send out an engineer to che k if they suspect that.
