    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently had to set up a new account for flat as old account holder moved out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did this online today and confirmed an installation date for two weeks time. Now when I log in I have no record of this order or a record of any products ordered? However I have &amp;nbsp;an email confirming this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone know if this has gone through ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
