No Internet light

The internet light on my hub is off, with the other two green. There are no apparent issues in my area so I did all the tests more times than I can count, unplugged the phone line etc and switched box on and off multiple times and there's still no Internet light on at all. It has now been more than 24 hours that the internet has been down. There was no apparent reason for it, working one second and not the next. I can't seem to book an engineer visit and am at my wits end

Where ? Greater Belfast had an outage yesterday affecting bt1 and bt7 ormeau and university areas.

Appears to be an ontage in Enniskillen up until 12:20 ish . If yours is still down you need to call sky or we can escalate. Either way the earliest response would be tomorrow unfortunately
