Hi,

I'm having an issue with my sky q mini located upstairs in my house. Main box and router all seem to be working fine. Booster upstairs also seems to be working fine. Mini box can only sporadically get a connection to the internet. Router next to the minibox has mainly still got the three green lights on but sometimes the connected light will change to amber or have no light at all. I have tried different resets and reboots and re syncing.

does this sound like an issue with the router itself or are there other things I should be trying?

thanks

It sounds like the booster needs to be moved closer to your router. In an ideal world you would have the booster halfway between your router & the mini box
