The last 2 days have been really bad. Pages won't load at all. On my phone it's extra slow or not at all.. I am constantly rebooting or switching on/off just to get it to work. At least once, all of the lights went out on the box for several minutes. Sky say there are no issues in my area, but something is wrong somewhere!! This is not normal. I work from home and this is really affecting what I can do. There will be periods of time it's ok for a while and then it's not. Please fix it!!! PR25 area

Hello, Rosie!

There are a few fixes for this problem.

First: Always check your ethernet & power connections are in securely.

Second: Your router box is where the signal comes from so it should be located as close to the centre of your home as possible to ensure the signal reaches everywhere

Hope this helps!

@RosieJo if your Sky hub is rebooting on its own (which is what the lights going out and coming back on indicates) it is likely to be faulty so as suggested check that the power supply is properly connected if it is call Sky as they will probably replace the hub.
