      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, my broadband has not been working since yesterday and I have tried everything on the website as well as resetting and rebooting the device. The internet dot is not on but the power and wifi ones are on is there anything that can be done? Because online when checking with IP address it says that the broadband is disconnected&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have and these were the results.
