    <description>Received this message.... Hi. Your Sky Broadband will be ready on 17 May. Openreach will connect the line and arrive between 13:00 and 18:00. I will be home from 3.00 on the Friday 17th of May. Don't want to miss the engineer installing the broadband. So if the time can be amended to fix these times please. I am a teacher so I don't get days of work to come home earlier.</description>

The engineers are assigned a number of jobs in each slot, the order they get done in is set by the type of job and what is required for each one. .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you aren't therecwhen the engineer turns up you are likely to be billed £25.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
