I only have a 2 bed property yet my WiFi upstairs is awful, the upload and download speed is reduced by around 80% and continually drops out.

Just because your property is small it doesn't mean that the WiFi signal will be good in it. There are various factors that can affect WiFi performance such as;

- House construction material

- Placement of the router

- Number of devices

- Neighbouring WiFi routers

- Local appliance interference
