Arranging an ONT move can be challenging as Openreach are reluctant to do the work and an ONT cannot be placed in every location. Additionally the relocation service is a chargeable service.

What might be better for you to do is to run a long ethernet cable from the ONT and move just your Sky router

I have got NOW full fibre 100mbps broadband activated last week in my house which is serviced by Sky. I am facing issue with WiFi signal on 2nd floor as there is no signal. Can I get this resolved by moving the ONT and sky broadband router to 1st floor? If yes, would Sky engineer help me with this ?
