Since cancelling my TV package and just having broadband there has been an issue with my connection keep dropping this is obviously due to me cancelling my TV package and you trying to get me to purchase more products from you. I have not had any issues until now please sort this out ASAP or I will be taking up BT offer to get me out of contract with you and move to them. I have been with you for many years being a diamond customer and this is unacceptable

You are talking to other customers here and not Sky.

@HollyOrd wrote:
this is obviously due to me cancelling my TV package and you trying to get me to purchase more products from you

If that was ever to be the case Sky would be in a word of trouble with the regulator. It is more likely there is an issue on the line somewhere and this does happen.

If you want to leave Sky penalty free then you might be able to do so from 30 days of receiving the price increase letter or email but to do so you will need to call Sky.
