      <title>Can't access Broadband Shield</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a new hub now for around 3-4 weeks and i still can't access 'broadband shield' to update and change the online broadband settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I continue to get the error message below:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"We’re sorry - there has been a problem"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried on both laptop and phone but no success. Any ideas/Suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are certain you are using the correct id to log in give Sky a call as they will havecto sort your account permisioons.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
