Hi

Really am at the end of my tether with sky broadband. We have superfast with sky glass tv.

We go through regular phases of the broadband dropping out for no apparent reason. Nothing changes in terms of the location of the hub or number of devices connected. It just seems to happen a lot throughout a day/night and then be fine again the following day.

It is completely unreliable and is becoming embarrassing as we both work from home and have had business meetings cancelled due to broadband issues.

When we run tests or check our service the app suggests there are no issues??! But when the broadband goes.... obviously all of our devices in the home become unusable from the Alexas to our work laptops and all of the TV's!!

It is so frustrating and would just like to understand at least why this keeps happening and potentially how we can fix it.

The amount we pay for this service is very high. We should not be experiencing this volume of outages.

I have the exact same problem. Its ridiculous and I can't get an engineer out as I'm working during the times they offer. Wish I had never moved to sky now.
