Could you run the checker again using mobile 4g/5g data

But are you just connected to wifi when you check as obviously the request to run diagnostics doesn't go beyond your hub or are you using 4g/5g data

Exactly the same issue here since about the same time. Has been occurring daily most of last week in the evenings but first time it's happened in the day when I need it for work.

Status checker says it is ok but no internet. Expect it will resolve within 30 minutes as it has done previously.

Thanks

Ok. If you haven't done so already could you switch your mobile to 4g/5g and run the service checker in your my sky app

@Bobby56 confusingly the app will report the position when the test was last run routinely but if you click through to run the check again it should report if there is a known issue that has arisen since the last check. If there isnt anything reported and the test cannot conract the hub you need to call Sky to report the issue. Line faults do happen they are a pain as almost always they happen at the most incovenient time but until Sky are told thry wont get fixed.
