Just joined sky from Virgin (No option due to house move) Got to say I am appalled by the WiFi. I have the fastest broadband Sky offer.. which isn't cheap, and get constant WiFi drop outs yet the service checker always says its fine..I work from home and this is NOT the service I signed up for..never had this issue with Virgin..isn't there supposed to be some sort of guarantee? I was trying to download a file which after 30 mins and 4 attempts as wifi kept disconnecting have resorted to using my phone data and downloaded it fine..definitely not even getting the promised WiFi speed either
