    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4030972"&gt;@JC351&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;do you really mean Wifi in your home or are you saying that your Sky hub has lost the internet connection the two are quite different. If you mean the latter, the connection is still down this morning and the My Sky app test run over a mobile connection doesnt tell you there is a known fault call Sky to report it. Given there appears to be a fault affecting the area around St Helens Sky's &amp;nbsp;customer services &amp;nbsp;will be busy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
