&lt;P&gt;Have you checked all cables are secure in the back of your hub and checked (if you are on FTTC) that you are connected to the master telephone socket using a microfilter if appropriate for your socket type?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;my broadband keeps dropping multiple times a day the 'internet' loght goes orange. I have run the online test it says everything is fine and I've done all the steps suggested to try fix it. At the minute it is orange more often than it is green&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
