Your stats dont suggest anything wrong with your router so I would factory reset it then connect devices one by one to see if any cause an issue. When connecting via Ethernet there should be no issues at all so I would test that first.

Poor wifi

When connected to my Sky router I am getting very poor internet speed. The sigal strength is excellent, but the connection speed is very poor (some webpages will not load or timeout). The problem is reduced at some times (not related to typical busy periods) and some days is OK, but others is poor. I also have a Sky Q minibox, but this is not improving the situation. Additionally I have a third party wifi signal extender to provide wifi access (as a separate wifi network, but linked to the main router) to some parts of the house. The signal strength from this booster is weaker, but the internet speed is better than when the main wifi network speed is poor.

Perhaps the issue is with the Sky router?

Normally I get speeds on my laptop of 20-30 Mb/sec, but currently getting 2-5Mb/sec via signal extended, and no speed via main wifi network (speed checker is unable to connect to test server). When I try to connect via ethernet cable, I get the same (almost no connection- I can only access some webpages and the speed checker still doesn't work)
