    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have been given a phone to work with which uses RingCentral, it is a Poly VVX 350.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However it is connected to my router, powers on but is saying Date/Time is out of Sync - I am unable to get an IP address for the phone either within its settings, could it be the router that is causing the issue or the PoE adapter?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ant&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Couple things to check;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Disable Sky Shield&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Try changing the ethernet mode on your hub to 'Fast'&lt;/P&gt;</description>
