      <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to access Broadband Shield while logged in with my SkyID, I get the following error:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="mdutfield_0-1713344955174.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/99201i574D1B4512D26272/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="mdutfield_0-1713344955174.png" alt="mdutfield_0-1713344955174.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This occurs when using either the Mobile App or from a browser.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem for me also if there's any guidance available. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be such a thing as a 'quick call' to Sky, the wait times have been an hour every time I've tried recently&lt;/P&gt;</description>
