&lt;P&gt;You may need to call Sky and see if they've received an update from Openreach. For your information wfh has no influence on fix times as Sky Broadband is a domestic service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No internet since yesterday afternoon, not much help when I check the line as it just says there is an outage and we're trying to fix it which isnt much help.&amp;nbsp; I need this as working from home, can you please tell me exactly what the issue is?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
