I keep losing connection.

The lights go off on the broadband box and come back on. Then happens often. I have spoken to friends and family and they are experiencing the same problem. I watched a film with my children at the weekend and we lost connection 9 times during the film. I work from home and I lose connection often. I am not happy with the connection. I do tests and it says everything is fine but connection drops too often
