Hi I have been experiencing extremely poor internet/ WiFi broadband for months

I can't get through to any human to talk to about it

I have to use my mobile data on my phone when I do I get 5g

when I use my shocking internet I get 1 bar 4g

can't get through to anyone the automated sky is so annoying

@Philipcodlin your post is not easy to understand but I am escalating it to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
