Hi yes all lidghts were on as expected if it was working properly, as i said sky actualy told me they could ping the box, but were aware i had no wi fi as the the sky q box was telling them. The wifi returned last night and is working today so fingers croosed issue is fixed, but lights on box are exactly the same as when it wasn't working. BT have been doing something on the junction box down the road and i can't help thinking it had something to do with this, as when it was 1st set up i had no internet due to it being given to the wrong line from that box when it was 1st set up As a point of interest my phone lost 4 and 5g conectivity over same period but is now back.
