I have had occassional issues with wifi and broadband dropping out however this is now happening daily at least 3/4 times a day. I have completed all the self help advice and this has not stopped it. I need this issue to stop due to my wife working from home, has meetings and everything is on line, as soon as it drops out my wife ends up losing work and missing meetings. The router and Q box have been restarted so many times and this has not fixed the issue, this is also time consuming and not condusive to the Sky promise of ultra broadband and streaming.

Your stats dont suggest any drops to the actual WAN port on your router. Are the drops you are seeing just over WiFi or also ethernet?

The internet drops at the same time as the wifi - i dont use ethernet except for the connection between sky q and the router - and yes this also drops out.
