Same with me. It's infuriating. Literally every weekend since I've had it installed there has been an issue. Call and ask for credit on your account. You shouldn't have to pay for a service you aren't receiving. That's what I've done.

WiFi shows connected to Sky but"No Internet Connection" message underneath
