      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My internet keeps dropping out even after Sky said the fault was fixed. The router power light is green, internet light is off, wifi light green and voice light is orange. I've followed the sky connection fix steps, restarted my router etc. and still no luck&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
