Timed out error when connecting to wifi

So a couple of weeks ago just switched to sky WiFi, no issues until now when my WiFi decides to disconnect from my phone & now I'm trying to connect back it's saying error session timed out!!

Tried to connect a few times but it ain't having it, done tests on WiFi and its saying working perfectly.. I'm very confused.
