      <description>We have no internet. We have turned router on and off and pressed the side button. We have gone on the home page and gone to settings and it's still showing no internet connection. We gave pressed the button on Q box and turned off at the wall and still nothing I have spoken to someone from sky who said he would take a look but the cut me off....please help!</description>
