    <description>&lt;P&gt;Internet went down yesterday and now the Sky Q box won’t connect to sky internet. Ive tried resetting the box and reconnecting via WPS and it just keeps saying its unsuccessful! Any help would be great, it was working perfectly fine until the outage in our area yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
