&lt;P&gt;Is the service up and running on the device with the IP 192.168.0.39? Port checkers will only show the port as open if the service is running and accepting connections. Have you checked the port is open on the devices firewall?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Port Forwarding Issue</title>
