    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2795380"&gt;@jamesn123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; all sorted now, got through to Sky and the technician when through some setting and basically the issue is the main Sky Q box acting as a WiFi hotspot and interfering with the internet signal. &amp;nbsp;It's not need by me so we've turned the hotspot off as I've a mesh system and the router is close the Q box so not needed and had no issues since&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And again the internet drops!!! The self help is a complete waste of time as it picks up nothing, all is ok it says..... rubbish ! Mine drops about 3 times a week and tonight is a pain as I'm trying to watch the footie !!! I've reset the router and done all the connection tests there is, and still rubbish I'll be calling sky and looking to cancel when the contract is up in a month or so as this is pathetic!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
