&lt;P&gt;It is likely to be a connection further down the line if your direct connection is underground. The best you can do is try to report the fault when its windy and hope you can get an Openreach engineer out while it is still windy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Phone lines appear to be underground, no other wires outside or issues with the house. But the connection constantly drops when it's windy outside. Any ideas on solutions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
