      <description>&lt;P&gt;Router and connections pass the tests, so drop-out is between the router and the hub. Somewhere it's overloaded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry - I've been very busy these last 2 - 3 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please restart the process that might lead to my resolution of this problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Broadband test suggests that the line is dropped somewhere between my router and the hub.
