&lt;P&gt;The money you pay for is to provide a broadband service with no guaranteed&amp;nbsp;SLA. The target fix time for Openreach is 2 working days but this can extend if the problem is more complex.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky provide compensation of £9.76 per working day after your service has been down for more than 2 working days. This is credited to your bill.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this compensation is not high enough for you then you should look at getting a business connection which has better SLAs and compensation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
