Email content so slow to display

Hi Guys,

When using iPhones or iPad to read e-mails, access to conent which has images i.e. anything other than simple text, is so slooow with the circle of doom. It does eventually display the content.

Reading emails using the PC works fine.

I have rebooted the router, and moved the router to no avail. All devices are connected using WiFi.

When waiting for the email contents to display, I go to the iPhone settings, switch off wifi, and the email content is idisplayed instantly using 3/4G.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried disabling Sky Shield?

Phoned Sky technical support in the end who ran tests and thought the wifi was slow so asked me to press the reset button on the router and this has improved it. Also mentioned Sky shield which I will try if it gets worse.

Note that if you press the reset button you will also need to reconnect your sky box to the router.

Having the same issues. Sky technical use the same old procedure manual turn off router wait 10 minutes reconnect. Waste of 10 minutes and it doesn't work. Need to use your 4G/5G or if your using Sky Yahoo, download the yahoo app and emails are instant.
