&lt;P&gt;You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Was it a Sky engineer or an Openreach engineer? If Openreach, Sky receive updates overnight regarding missed appointments but depending on what it was for they could have been working on your issue remotely/ at the green cabinet / at the exchange.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
