Hi,

I recently joined Sky broadband and part of the agreement was a £50 gift card. I contacted Sky, they told me to email Gift cloud which I have done but they have said Sky have to validate my order! Is there a department within Sky I should now email ??

@garyjaffa Did they say how long after you went activate that the gift card would be paid out?

Hi,

Gift cloud said allow up to 120 once sky has validated my purchase.

Ordered it on the 10th of March and went live 25th March.
