      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got an engineer booked for tomorrow but wifi is just now working!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could do with them not coming as i work from home and would like to start my normal shift, otherwise i have to take it unpaid or pay the hours back&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What should i do? Cant get through to anyone on the phone and i dont want to be charged by sky seeing as this was their fault not mine&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Report it to Sky in the morning if it's still down and no outage is reported in your area. If a fault is found Sky will pass it to Openreach for investigation. wfh has no influence on fix times. Openreach aim to fix within 2 working days of being informed by an isp.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
