    <description>Hi, I've had the same. Apparently if you have their black router then a new one makes no difference. What does is having an engineer to install full fibre cables to the house, but be prepared to wait time delayed and quoted was a month!</description>

      <title>Poor Speed to hub</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have been having problem with downloads for last 4 days. Sky Broadband checker says 'poor speed to hub'. In this case 20Mb/s when the adverised minimum is 50Mb/s here. Downloading from Steam is giving me times of 1 day + for completion! I contacted Sky Help this evening and the result line testing by themselves and third party options is they will be sending me a new hub. I'm no expert, but surely a new hub is still going to be receiving 'Poor Speed'?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts on this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am using the Wireless Name and Password on the card supplied with the router.
