Roblox saying please retry when connected to wifi

I had my sky installed last week and ever since my son can't access Roblox via any device in the house and is saying no network please retry when connected to internet. However my WiFi is on and all other apps work. Can someone please advise I'm not great with technology and my son is not happy. Thankyou in advance

I had the same issue, if youre on iOS go to settings then click on the Roblox icon and turn on 'Local Access', that's what worked for me. Hope this helps

Sorry, it should say 'Local Network' not 'Local Access'

Thankyou so much for all ur advice, we had to go onto our settings on all devices under Roblox's and turn something on and now it's all working. Thankyou again for taking the time to try and resolve this issue

No worries at all, I think it was a Roblox issue rather than the broadband. I'm glad you got it sorted.

I tried this and unfortunately there is no option for "local network" under Roblox on iOS. I can see this discussion was started in April this year so thinking maybe an iOS update has removed this?
