Since about 2am, I haven't had WiFi connection. I have unplugged the router, check WiFi connection and still no resolution. On the Sky app it is saying Good connection but no device is connected to the WiFi. I can't even find my WiFi name anymore. I have tried searching for my WiFi using several phones, laptop and tablets. I have tried to troubleshoot the problem and still no joy. I am generally not happy with this service. How can the Sky app say everything is Good when not 1 device of mine is connected to the WiFi.

Exact same issue is happening to me, and its very paticular and very odd, because a wired connection is completely fine. But the WiFi has essentially died even though it shows as active when looking at the Max Hub admin panel on the wired connection. Great start to the weekend 👍 Sky was this a firmware rollout last night, what is happening?
