Firstly what does the connection test in the My Sky app tell you about the speed your hub is connected at? If you are measuring speeds on a device connected by Wifi and that is lower your problem is poor wifi signal as speed in your home as speed tests show the slowest part of the connection. Sky can only guarantee speeds to the hub. . .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
