    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same. New light on that has never been there before is suddenly orange. Have run the diagnostic online and on the app and it says it's fine. Looked at the settings on the remote and all are ticked as working, but something is clearly wrong.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My WiFi connection has dropped but the service checker says everything is OK. Have tried switching off the power to the Hub and restarting but it's still the same. What can I do?</description>

      <description>I've gone through all diagnostic checks, restarts, resets, unplug / plug back in and still the same. Going round in circles to be honest.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All lights on my hub are green other than the Internet light which isn't on at all. All the checks still saying it's all working too... Do Sky have a solution for us other than an engineer visit in 2 weeks time or upgrading our broadband....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
