Check the speed over a direct ethernet connection with nothing else running to see if your connection is running slowly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Wifi speeds in your home depend on the layout, type of construction and level of interference which are not something Sky can control.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The app is saying all is fine but yet I downloaded a speed check app and I'm not even getting 101 downloaded speed and upload speed 65!!! This is not acceptable! I've been checking for the last month and I'm definitely not getting what I'm paying for!</description>
