    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;About 8 weeks into a new Sky contract but FTTP is 20 months since install.&amp;nbsp; Had no issues with previous provider (Shell) and no wiring / connections changed other than replacing the router and power supply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday the connection to the internet simply stopped.&amp;nbsp; All lights on the Openreach ONT green as usual, three green lights on the Router, one orange (Voice).&amp;nbsp; There is no phone connected to the router as we have moved to VOIP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the third time it has stopped, and needed a reboot of the ONT &amp;amp; Hub to reconnect.&amp;nbsp; Looking at my Ubiquti WiFi WiFi Manager app it shows everything connected to the router but no connection between router aand internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition to the times it has needed rebooting it looks like the connection has been lost and reconnected automatically as I've had a web page on the PC saying there is a problem with the connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When it does it again I'll get the router error log before rebooting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The thing I have noticed on the error log is a constant renewal of the IPV6 lease:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Date modified to get past:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Your message contains 04-04 12, which is not allowed or has been repeated too many times. We block information which can identify you such as account or phone numbers &amp;amp; email addresses.       <title>FTTP: Voice light goes to orange and the internet stops working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently had Sky Broadband installed using fibre prior to these I had Sky Broadband supplied via coaxial since having the broadband unit fitted eat or on an almost daily basis stops working I have repeatedly had problems connecting to the internet using the Broadband system I have the Sky hub you need to which is a black box and most evenings between five and seven the unit will display and Amber colored light on the far right written under these is the word voice this happens most evenings and in the early was the only way to get it working is to switch everything off unplug it wait and then plug it back in it then works fine is There Something I can do myself or is the unit faulty&lt;/P&gt;

Re the system times etc did you reset your router today ? If you could leave it to 18:00 ish log onto the router go to support section and copy and paste your syslog. At the end of the day you are under your guarantee so sky should investigate&lt;/P&gt;</description>
